Hi, I'm Dr. Paria!
In my early 20's, I had a slew of health issues. Painful and irregular periods, never ending bloating, brain fog and fatigue, anxiety through the roof, and a really unhealthy understanding of my body + how to support it. Think of the classic over training, carb cutting, and eating an overly processed diet.
I was tired of feeling like I was constantly in a battle with my body. It shouldn't be that way.
Through healing my own body with lifestyle changes, I saw a miracle happen when I was told by so many doctors it wouldn't happen. I took back control of my cycles and stopped dreading my period (hello trackable and pain free cycles!), I healed my gut, and ultimately I healed my relationship with my body.
All of this led me down the path of becoming a naturopathic doctor where I've helped so many women find balance + harmony in their bodies and now I want to help YOU achieve the same exact thing.
Our hormones are intelligent chemical messengers and it's up to us to teach them what messages to send.

How long will I have access to this course?
You have lifetime access to this course. This includes all videos, material, and downloads. If the course is updated in the future, you will have access to the newest version.
How long does this course take to complete?
This is a self paced course so you can take it as fast or as slow as you'd like. With that said, it will take a minimum of 4-5 hours to get through all the material. Included with each module is the video lesson + a handout summarizing key points for both my auditory and visual learners.
Does this course include a meal plan?
This course does not include a strict meal plan with macros. Each person is unique and requires an individualized approach to eating. With that said, this course does come with 5 breakfast, 5 lunch, and 5 dinner recipes for each phase of the cycle (that's 60 recipes!) that are easily customizable to fit your dietary needs. Beyond that, you will learn exactly how to nourish your body in a way that supports your hormones, metabolism, and health without it being restrictive.
